Moose Jaw Southern was an exhibition layout built around 2013.

The layout underwent a number of revisions over the years, changing from being visible from both sides in a summer season (plenty of green grass and trees) to one side becoming a winter scene (lots of snow everywhere). Both of these iterations had a port on one side.

After moving to Rockdale, the layout underwent yet another revision with one of the yards being replaced with a fiddle yard, and thus not visible to the public, and the port was removed and replaced with a small township, and more snow was added.

The layout was then removed from the exhibition circuit and became a layout allowing members to run their trains in.

Finally, in 2023, the layout was sold to one of our members and transported to the member's home.
